Earn $8,000+/month selling to restaurants and other commercial kitchens.

We participate in many restaurant industry events, including the Crazies Awards, golf tournaments, and others.

We serve restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, schools, and more across Connecticut. We’re known for being on time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

This is a field-based, sales-driven role where your hustle directly impacts your income.

Prospect & Sell:
Walk into restaurants and food service businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services

Close Deals:
Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work

Deliver Service:
Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency

Stay Organized:
Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline

Stay Mobile:
Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle

We provide full training on our sales process and products.

Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)

Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people

Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)

Tech‑comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens

Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
