The County FCU in Old Town is seeking a full-time IT Technician Support to join our branch team. You will provide technical support to end users via our Helpdesk and remote assistance, helping keep desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals running smoothly.
Based at the Old Town location, you will handle hardware and software troubleshooting, asset installation and configuration, and inventory tasks while communicating clearly with staff to minimize downtime and maximize member service.
