Job Overview

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Store Manager responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, adhering to company policies, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and ensuring high customer service and store appearance. Haffner’s offers a positive work environment, excellent training, and advancement opportunities.

Compensation

Salary: $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus and potential summer bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Report feedback and actions to the District Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
  • Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager per company procedures.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager to handle managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Serve as a positive role model for employees.
  • Supervise employees.
  • Execute all aspects of company promotions as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Communicate company promotions to store employees.
