Safeguarding (DSL) and Family Support Lead Permanent, Full Time (36.66 hours per week), Term Time (40 weeks per year). To commence as soon as possible.

Salary:
Points 23 - 32 of the School Support Staff pay spine (£34,434 - £42,839), currently £30,739 - £38,242 per annum.

• Lead on safeguarding children and child protection, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements as set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education.
• Take part in strategy discussions and inter‑agency meetings, contributing to the assessment of children.
• Advise and support staff on child welfare and child protection matters, liaising with relevant agencies such as local authority and police.
• Coordinate with other teams to provide support to families and ensure the welfare of children.
