A leading children’s residential care provider is seeking a Deputy Children’s Home Manager in Oldham. You will support children aged 10-18 with complex needs in a 24/7 care environment. The position requires managing a small team and working shift patterns, including sleep-ins. A Level 3 diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce is necessary, along with experience in a similar setting.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus additional payments for on-call/sleep-ins.
