A Bit About The Role …
We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Window Fitters to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys.
With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Window Fitters for a variety of Social Housing projects across Oldham and West Yorkshire. Previous experience in this kind of work is essential. Teams welcome to apply.
What you will be responsible for…- Be able to install windows to a ‘snag free’ standard
- Keep the site clean and tidy
- Work as part of a team and be proactive on your own
- Ensure that all work is carried out within the Health & Safety guidelines and the Group’s Health & Safety Policy
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good condition, and carry out weekly checks, reporting any defects found
- Be comfortable working in a live environment and occupied homes
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- CSCS Card (desired but not essential)
- Asbestos Awareness certificate – desirable but not essential
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work.
What we’ll give you …We currently offer price work. The work we have is long term.
