- Service fire devices safely and responsibly
- Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion
- Work collaboratively with your team
- Work to tight deadlines
- Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems
- Complete accurate engineer service reports
- Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
- Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly
- Aim to achieve a first‑time fix wherever possible
- Proven experience working with fire alarm systems
- FIA training (or equivalent desirable)
- Good IT skills
- Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to lift equipment and work at height
- Strong customer‑focused approach
- Motivation to earn and be rewarded for your effort
- Exceptional communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
