Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services
Location: Saddleworth, Oldham
Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 + Ofsted Bonus
Working Hour: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with On-Call Duties
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD and LD
Qualifications Desired: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)

Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare
Experience in Years

Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within Ofsted Registered Children’s Homes

- Understands the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and SCCIF

- Values consistency, structure, and therapeutic approaches
- Thrives in an environment where autonomy and creativity are encouraged
- A Deputy Manager ready to step up with the support of an experienced RI
