Key Responsibilities for the Financial Aid Specialist

  • The Financial Aid Specialist will welcome and advise prospective and current students through the financial aid process, ensuring clarity and support at every step.
  • Collect, review, and submit required financial aid documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

  • The Financial Aid Specialist must have strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with diverse student populations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
