Funding Administrator
The Funding Administrator will ensure that all loan transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and bank policies. The Funding Administrator will have experience in loan administration, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of loan funding and banking procedures.
Key tasks include maintaining detailed records of interactions in Hubspot, ensuring compliance with regulatory, bank, and internal policies, running Giacts to confirm all outgoing wire transfers, running complete notary searches and identifying any notary discrepancies, following up on outstanding funding stipulations, organizing funding packages in accordance with funding guidelines, monitoring deposits and sending notifications to accounting and sales representative, providing a high level of customer service, voiding and re-issuing checks, sending funding notifications to accounting, identifying and reporting potential issues to Operations Manager, and other duties as assigned.
Key result areas include loan funding timeline execution, excellent organizational and time management skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, and communicating clearly and distinctly with loan processor, sales reps, customers, sellers, marine agents (anyone involved with the closing).
