Oversee all aspects of banquet operations to ensure smooth execution of events and exceptional guest experiences;
Manage setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions while upholding Invited service standards;
Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel and implement training programs;
Coordinate with Event Sales Director for staffing and seamless function execution; review BEOs and function sheets;
Ensure timely service of food and beverages, maintain clean work areas, and interact professionally with members and guests
