THE WORK

The selected candidate will be a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Non Exempt  20   employees within the conformal coating area  Position responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the team, managing personnel, staffing, schedule compliance, and continuous improvement activities  The Candidate will also lead/facilitate a Performance Management team  PMT

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies

- Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application

* -Ability to interface with customers on a professional level

- Strong leadership and decision making skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance

- Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking

- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and team building abilities

-IPC/WHMA 610 Certified is a plus

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
