Operate pneumatic and power hand tools to clean and smooth metal castings;
Select castings for work and ensure correct routers accompany casting;
Position castings on work bench and secure with fixtures, jigs, and holding apparatus;
Perform inspections including Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Visual Inspection rework as necessary;
Grind, blend, and buff castings to meet finished specifications per engineering requirements
