Perform manual hand-soldering, wave soldering, and reflow processes on circuit boards. Apply solder paste, flux, and alloys according to engineering drawings and IPC standards.;
Install components (mounts, brackets, heat-sinks, connectors) using hand tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic fixtures. Align and secure components to maintain dimensional tolerances.;
Conduct visual and automated optical inspection (AOI) of solder joints and mechanical fit. Perform functional tests (continuity, power-up) and record results.;
Complete work orders, lot tracking sheets, and time-studies. Log equipment parameters, material lot numbers, and test results in the MES system.;
Participate in Kaizen events, 5S activities, and root-cause analysis. Suggest process improvements to reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework.
