The work involves configuring various test stations/test equipment per program required instructions and conducting tests of electronic production assemblies following approved methods and test procedures. It also includes adjusting and calibrating test stations systems as required, modifying electronic product by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by provided diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting methods. Malfunctions are corrected by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as required to resolve test failures.
Hand, small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices are used in performing job duties. Additionally, test engineers are assisted in the design and development of test procedures for new products and product improvements or manufacturing modifications are recommended. Quality is monitored and verified in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, and can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly process.

Basic qualifications include being willing and able to work 1st shift and meeting one of the following requirements: 3 years of direct experience with testing electronic assemblies, one-year technical schooling in electronics and one year of applied experience, or proficiency in component level troubleshooting of solid state, digital circuits.
Desired skills include familiarity with the mate/de-mate of electrical contacts and connectors, good communication skills, familiarity with electrostatic discharge and ESD mitigation principles, intermediate blueprint reading/understanding of schematics, and familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic computer use.
Pay information:
Full-time salary range: $50300.00 - $93300.00. At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
