THE WORK
  • Select candidate will build cable/wire harnesses by following work process instructions and blueprint diagrams. Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Attends Performance Management Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement. Executes daily function with key performance metrics in mind:
    Safety, Quality, Productivity and Schedule.
  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
  • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

WHO YOU ARE
You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of experience in manufacturing and cable builds
  • Specialized training and demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks such as soldering, crimping wires, reading prints
Desired Skills
  • Familiar with IPC 610 and 620 build specs.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting. Able to change direction quickly in a manufacturing enviroment.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $35600.00 - $66000.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
