Execute chemical processing to coat high-pressure turbine blades, including grit blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, and high temperature burnout furnaces;
Provide production support by blending surfaces, mixing production materials, and using hand tools or machinery;
Set up, operate, and perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, coating equipment, sandblasting units, and other manufacturing machinery;
Conduct periodic cleaning of equipment and maintain accurate process logs and travelers for traceability;
Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and adhere to environmental regulations for chemical use and waste disposal;
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles within the department
