At the Oldsmar facility, you'll ensure quality compliance across vital product commodities, including Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), cables, and box-level systems, while laying the foundation for ongoing process improvement using modern quality standards, data analytics, and automation systems.

How You'll Contribute

Core Responsibilities

• Apply quality principles to production control, design evaluations, and engineering workflows to ensure specifications and product requirements are consistently met.

• Collaborate with Quality Program Managers (QPMs), production teams, and other stakeholders to improve quality workflows within the Oldsmar site and partner locations.

• Lead root-cause investigations into product failures, analyze defect trends, and implement corrective/preventative measures directly tied to systemic improvements.

Systems Design & Testing

• Develop and refine inspection processes and contribute to building advanced testing mechanisms and systems to streamline quality procedures.

Commodities and Site Collaboration

• Support quality for commodities like CCAs, cables, and box assemblies manufactured at the Oldsmar location for internal customers across other sites.

• Drive process alignment across partner programs and hardware teams within nearby locations.

Quality System Design and Analytics

• Leverage Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics and identify trends for actionable next steps.

• Initiate automation and AI solutions to reduce errors, improve inspection rates, and drive predictive quality outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

Strong communication skills - adept at collaborating across sites and program teams.

• Familiarity with AS9100 standards or equivalent aerospace quality models.

• Comfortable with hardware engineering requirements, integration, and system testing processes.

• Understanding of basic manufacturing requirements and quality engineering systems.

Desired Skills

• Tableau and other data visualization platforms for quality tracking.

• Certifications like Lean Six Sigma or equivalent problem-solving methods.

• Experience with commodities such as CCAs, cabling assemblies, and box-level components.

• Familiarity with IPC and J-STD standards essential for component and system analysis.
