Chromalloy is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Leader to provide enterprise-wide leadership for aviation regulatory compliance and quality systems across our aerospace manufacturing, repair, and PMA operations. This individual will serve as the company's subject matter expert for FAA Part 145 Repair Stations, FAA Part 21 PMA operations, and global regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance while driving continuous improvement across multiple facilities.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned aerospace regulatory compliance professional who has successfully supported or led compliance programs across both FAA Part 145 repair station and FAA Part 21 PMA manufacturing environments. This individual brings expert-level regulatory knowledge, practical site experience, strong audit leadership, and the ability to deploy across Chromalloy locations to strengthen compliance, standardize systems, and reduce regulatory risk while enabling business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise compliance with FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA, and other aviation authority requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes, assess business impact, and drive implementation across Chromalloy sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory audits, inspections, certification activities, and authority visits.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, AS9110, NADCAP, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of quality management systems across manufacturing, repair, and PMA facilities.
- Lead internal audit programs, compliance assessments, readiness reviews, and corrective action initiatives.
- Support new product introductions, PMA approvals, repair capability expansions, engineering changes, and operational compliance activities.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and site leadership teams to reduce risk and strengthen compliance performance.
- Develop and deliver compliance training while mentoring quality leaders, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Travel to Chromalloy facilities to support audits, investigations, certifications, and special projects.
What You Bring
Minimum 10 years of aerospace quality, regulatory compliance, or quality systems experience.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within aerospace manufacturing, MRO, repair station, or PMA environments.
