Retail Floor Manager

Vision Ace Hardware, a trusted member of the Ace Hardware family, is seeking a Retail Floor Manager to lead daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee sales associates, manage merchandising and inventory on the sales floor, and maintain store appearance to brand standards. You will coach and schedule staff, resolve customer issues, and support training on products and services.
