Anesthesiologist

An exciting locum tenens Anesthesiology opportunity is available in Olean, New York, starting ASAP on an ongoing basis. The incoming physician will provide 50% hands-on care and supervise CRNAs in a 1:4 model across eight operating rooms, managing a case mix of general, orthopedic, and OB procedures. This role involves working 10-hour day shifts alongside required weeknight, weekend, and holiday call coverage.

• Hospital providing surgical and anesthesia services across multiple specialties within an organized operating room program
• Operating under a physician supervision model and maintaining established perioperative workflows
• 1:4 MD to CRNA supervision model across 8 operating rooms
• Surgical case mix includes general, orthopedic, and OB procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage during day shifts at an operating room facility
• Provide 50% hands-on care and supervision
• Manage surgical cases including general, orthopedic, and OB procedures
• Provide call coverage, including weeknight and weekend pager call as well as holiday call
