Provide or assist with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care; transfer of patient; ambulation and positioning; dressing of client;
Monitor and record vital signs as ordered within training limitations;
Prepare meals according to diet and assist with feeding as needed;
Maintain a clean and safe home environment and use of equipment; accompany clients to medical appointments and errands;
Report observations of client's condition to supervisor and ensure safety of the client at all times
