School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP

This full-time, full school year contract opportunity lets you showcase your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLP-CCC) while working collaboratively with onsite Teaching Assistant (TA) support. You'll play a vital role in helping students reach their communication potential- whether they're in early elementary or preparing for graduation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
• Active state licensure (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative work

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to a diverse student population, adapting methods to fit varied caseloads
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Engage in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and recommendations
• Benefit from onsite TA support to streamline daily tasks, allowing more focus on direct student care
