Night Receptionist

Hotel Ibis Courtepaille 80 rooms and Ibis Budget 75 rooms.

We are looking for a night receptionist to join our team (full-time, permanent position). The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

The night receptionist ensures the continuity of reception service during the night. They maintain the tranquility of the premises, ensure the quality of late-night reception, and prepare the necessary elements for the smooth running of the following day.

Your missions will include:

• Ensuring late check-ins and early check-outs
• Setting up the breakfast buffet
• Ensuring bar service
• Closing the day, verifying the daily cash register
• Handling phone calls and email
• Ensuring the safety of property and people
• Applying the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar position is a plus

Fluency in French and English

Service and reception skills

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Opera Cloud)

Ability to work effectively as a team and sense of initiative

Attention to detail
