Residential Manager
The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the residence(s) by supervising staff and performing administrative functions.
Minimum Education , Training &
Experience:
High school degree
Three (3) years of experience
Supervisory experience
Preferred Education, Training &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with one (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR Associates degree Two (2) years of experience.
Experience managing multiple subordinates in a complex and constantly changing environment.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and dependable transportation
Participate in a system of 24/7 on-call coverage during off-hours
Willingness and discretion to work atypical and extended hours and to perform additional duties to address emerging or anticipated program needs
Possesses functional knowledge of basic computer applications (i.e. word-processing, e-mail, Internet)
Ability to address complex factors in a changing environment; make appropriate decisions, based on available data.

Behavior management certification (CPI)
Medication administration certification
$23.92 per hour starting rate
