- Training happens on first shift
- First shift: 6am-2pm
- Weekend shift:
Fri-Sun 6am-6pm, 12-hour days and get paid for 40 hours
- Use hands or tools to perform one or more repetitive assembly operations to produce arresters
- Work at a steady pace under close supervision
- No heavy lifting required
- Requires safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
- Hearing test done onsite for new hires
- Mandatory overtime: occasional/can be very frequent
