Job Summary

Provides administrative and compliance support for NIL activities, including tracking opportunities, managing relationships, coordinating communications and events, and assisting student‑athletes and coaches.

Job Description

Provides administrative, operational, and compliance support for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) activities involving student‑athletes. Assists with tracking NIL opportunities, identifying and establishing potential partnerships, managing NIL relationships on behalf of Ole Miss Athletics, maintaining records, supporting communications, coordinating meetings and events, and helping student‑athletes and coaches understand basic NIL processes. This role works under close supervision and is focused on learning NIL operations, institutional procedures, NCAA requirements, Mississippi state laws, and University policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supports NIL administration, compliance, and student‑athlete opportunities.
  • Assists with tracking documents, disclosures, partnerships, deadlines, and related records.
  • Helps coordinate meetings, trainings, events, and student‑athlete education.
  • Communicates with student‑athletes, coaches, staff, and external partners regarding NIL processes.
  • Supports NIL compliance reviews, reporting, and information gathering.
  • Maintains calendars, contact lists, program resources, and confidential records.
  • Develops knowledge of NCAA regulations, Mississippi law, institutional policies, and NIL best practices.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Experience: Relevant experience
