Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations

Support the coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment

Monitor project progress and help ensure quality and safety standards are met

Communicate with crew members and management to keep the project on track

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Learn how to read blueprints, schedules, and safety plans

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to take direction and show initiative

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in computer applications

Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites

Valid driver's license

On-the-job training with experienced supervisors

This position is on-site at construction projects, often in jobsite trailer environments. Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
