Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, particularly in commercial construction, kitchen renovations, and church expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project progression.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to plans and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, kitchen renovations, or church expansion projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
