About WTVA: WTVA is the news, weather, and sports leader in Northeast Mississippi. We are the NBC and ABC affiliates in our market. We cover 19 counties across Northeast Mississippi and West Alabama.

We're looking for a high-energy, creative, and focused Digital Content Producer to join our award-winning news team. This is a critical newsroom role. We're looking for excellent writers and communicators, multi-tasking professionals, and experts ready to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Adopt a digital-first mindset. You will work closely with our Digital Content Manager and own our digital and social media coverage.
• Work closely with MMJs in the field and with producers and anchors in the newsroom.
• Work closely with our team of meteorologists and help provide life-saving emergency weather information to our audience on multiple platforms.
• Develop contacts and sources across our television market.

• A four-year degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
