Club Manager

• Make members feel like family in a clean, judgment‑free environment.
• Deliver +1% customer service, continually engaging and encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Ensure club cleanliness to meet member expectations.
• Help find new and current members to join fitness trainers in fitness classes.
• Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities to increase enrollment.
• Assist at the welcome desk by checking in members, providing greetings and farewells, and conducting energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours.
• Support enrollment and other club responsibilities.
• Show leadership, passion, love for work, and invite members to do the same.
• Work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum age 18 (birthdate must confirm).
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel and handle potentially hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time dependability.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
