Product Quality Management Experience & Skills Needed

2. Specialized in using statistical, quality problem solving methods;
3. Proficiency in quality tools (5 manuals, risk evaluation…);
4. Ability to support critical voices in mass production phase (Leadership);
5. Ability to think ahead & be aware of possible problems (change management);
6. Fluent in spoken and written English.

Job Description

1. Coordinate related departments to analysis and resolve quality issue. Monitor the progress and result of the corrective actions;
2. Organize and review daily operation of the IPQC, FQC and OQC team within production;
3. Review and analysis quality data or information to ensure quality level is acceptable and plan for continuous improvement;
4. Establish and maintain inspection and quality system and production qualifications;
5. Guide, train and supervise the subordinates. Prepare work instructions for relevant processes;
6. Familiar with the production line goods, understand the design of non-standard automatic machine.

Process Engineer Experience & Skills Needed

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 5 years related experience in electronics industry, antenna industry work experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with related soldering, SMT, HOTBAR welding, laser welding, high frequency welding, ultrasonic welding and other processes;
4. Familiar with cable line assembly bending, welding process;
5. Knowledge of standard automatic equipment such as dispenser, bonder, labeler and laser machine;

1. NPI Process Review:
Evaluate new project process issues and RFQ;
2. Fixture design evaluation: synthesize the production line process to propose the fixture requirements, and review the fixture design with the fixture engineers;
3. Trial production stage exception analysis: analyze and judge the source of the problem (materials, fixtures, equipment, etc.), and lead the problem solution.
4. Lead or cooperate with ME, QE and other team members to complete a variety of DOE verification;
5. Edit SOP, PFMEA, Quality report, Process flow chart yield and other reports;
