* Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Provide support to manufacturing and customer service teams, replicating and troubleshooting field failures.
* Drive technical issues to closure by working with internal and field engineers to identify, track, root cause, and resolve issues.
* Perform PCBA-level troubleshooting and component-level FA to identify root causes of hardware failures.
* Use diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, thermal imaging cameras, X-ray, and others.
* Troubleshot power delivery issues, signal integrity problems, and component defects on hyperscale servers.
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams in support of overall company objectives.
** Education and

Work Experience:

*** One year of equivalent industry experience.
* BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science is a plus.
** Job Complexity and Supervision:
*** Works on problems of moderate scope.
* Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
* Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment
* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and process.
* Self-starter and highly motivated.
** Physical Demands:
*** Extensive use of computer equipment, and frequent telephone activity.
* Periods of extended sitting, walking, and standing are required.
* Activities such as bending and occasionally lifting to 40 pounds.
