Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of material handling equipment including conveyors, sortation, robotics, and ASRS;
Configure and adjust PLC parameters and components; troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, PLC programs, sensors, motor starters, relays, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, and encoders;
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence;
Utilize CMMS to retrieve and complete work orders and manage parts;
Maintain safety procedures and PPE usage; collaborate with technicians, building leaders, and contractors
