Full‑time, Monday – Friday

The Outpatient Therapist will provide social work services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood. The Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning / case management, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the facility.

• Education: Master’s Degree required in a health or human services field.
• Experience: One (1) year prior psychiatric experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT preferred; CPR Certification required.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of individual, group and family therapy theory and practice, case management, group leadership skills, discharge planning, age‑specific growth and development, and crisis and behavior management.
