TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 2nd shift contract role in Olive Branch, MS. Work hours are 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, fully onsite. You will support PCs, printers, and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates, handle trouble calls, and assist with ongoing device projects.
Preferred candidates troubleshoot Outlook, Office apps, Word, Excel, and have basic networking knowledge, plus Service Now ticketing experience. Excellent customer service is essential.
