- Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
- Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi.
- Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full-time employees producing approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture.

The Wave Closure Clerk supports Personalization Operations by monitoring and reconciling released work through completion. This role researches aged and outstanding cartons, validates work-in-process, and coordinates follow-up on exceptions or stalled work. The clerk partners with Operations, Wave, Picking, Exceptions, Personalization Techniques, QA, and Packing to maintain accurate visibility and drive timely resolution. The role helps protect customer service by ensuring unresolved work is identified and escalated before it continues to age.
The Wave Closure Clerk position is located in Olive Branch, MS
- Monitor and reconcile released waves and aged work, ensuring outstanding cartons are accounted for as completed, physically validated WIP, or documented exceptions.
- Research stalled or unaccounted-for cartons using PKMS/carton tracking and physical verification to determine current status, location, ownership, and required next action.
- Coordinate with Wave, Picking, Exceptions, Personalization Techniques, QA, Packing, and operational leadership to drive outstanding work and exceptions to resolution.
- Track and communicate aging, unresolved gaps, and customer-service risks; elevate missing work, system discrepancies, inventory concerns, or process barriers requiring leadership action.
- Maintain accurate wave-closure documentation and carton-tracking status, and identify recurring trends or process failures contributing to aged or incomplete work.
- Support additional operational priorities based on business needs, including Stock Withdrawals and Business Sales order processing, tracking, coordination, and follow-up, while ensuring primary wave closure responsibilities remain current.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control in a Warehouse/distribution center setting.
- Experience in a distribution, fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or comparable operational environment.
