As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a TSM to join the team, based in Colorado, covering Colorado, Western Nebraska, Wyoming and North Western NM. Reporting to the Western Region Service Manager, the key accountabilities of the role include:

• Mechanical aptitude with desire to assist dealers in resolution of technical issues
• Effective communication skills; ability to listen, comprehend, and inform
• Excellent writing skills to report, track, and resolve technical issues
• Ability/desire to travel and spend time with dealers and customers
• Ability to teach others about our machines, processes, and systems
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

For this role, the prerequisite is experience and proven success in a similar role.
