Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely movement of materials.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to support business needs.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility to ensure proper functioning and safety.

• Fluent in Spanish & English & Previous manufacturing supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance.
