Manufacturing Supervisor; Day Shift

Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven supervisory role focused on quality control, production processes, ISO compliance and audit readiness.

• Supervise a single department and/or shift with 2 or more direct reports.
• Supervise the ongoing ISO compliant and cost‑effective manufacture of specific products or sub‑products.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Plan and administer procedures.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Work on problems of moderate scope.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interact daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups, exchanging or presenting factual information.
• Provide direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi‑skilled non‑exempt employees.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team‑oriented work environment.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
