Material Handler

Job Description

Material Handler role responsible for LTC picking and packing of products in a production environment. This position is a non‑equipment operator and requires following SOPs to ensure accurate shipment of quantity and parts to customers.

Location:

Olive Branch, MS. Shift schedule is determined after training: 1st shift 6:00 am‑2:30 pm (Mon‑Fri) and 2nd shift 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm (Mon‑Fri).

• Pick and pack product orders using an RF scanner.
• Complete all work accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and work in a high‑demand, productivity‑focused environment.
• Maintain a high attention to quality and quantity detail.
• Maintain housekeeping responsibilities daily.
• Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Non‑equipment operator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, picker, or related experience.
• Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Availability to work overtime as required, including occasional weekends.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, push, and pull for the entire shift, handling product/cartons up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks safely.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to promote an environment where individual contributions toward quality, productivity, and cost improvements are welcome and maximized.
• Basic math skills, including counting.
