CNC Operator

CNC Operator The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Operators will prepare machines, monitor production, and inspect finished components to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Job Duties:

Preparing and operating CNC machines for tasks such as drilling and milling Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings Loading raw materials and parts onto machines Performing test runs and adjusting settings to meet specifications Monitoring machine operations and adjusting for optimal results Inspecting and measuring finished products for accuracy and quality Performing routine maintenance and daily checks on equipment Maintaining accurate job logs, routers, and related documentation Keeping work areas clean and organized in compliance with safety standards Supporting team scheduling, training, and workflow coordination as needed Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Certificate or diploma from a trade school (preferred) Proven experience operating CNC machinery Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers) Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills Attention to detail and a results-driven approach 1st Shift- 5:15am - 1:45pm $19.00/hour Or 2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm $19/hour + $1.50 shift premium Olive Branch, MS Please send resumes to eliteoli All employees of Elite Staffing must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
