Hyve Solutions is searching for a Planner III to manage production planning, inventory, and scheduling across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build plans for a large-volume production facility.
  • Validate work order integrity and ensure production line balance.
  • Release work orders for material pull and production.
  • Ensure all planning reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Daily correspondence with Manufacturing Operations and Material Supply.
  • Coordinate across Inventory Control, Material Supply, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality.
  • Track and report daily/weekly build plans, order status, and demand forecast.
  • Provide timely response to program management regarding customer prioritization requests.
  • Identify and escalate issues related to meeting production schedules.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical school, or 2+ years of related production planning experience.
  • At least five years of experience in a production environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with data-driven communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand internal planning system (MPS).
  • Strong coordination and cooperative skills with various departments.
  • Capable of working standard office settings and flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
Physical Requirements

Bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials and objects. Frequent standing and sitting at a computer.

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree in Computer/Electrical or equivalent preferred.
