Hitachi Energy is seeking a Production Team Leader at the Crystal Springs, MS plant to guide a production team, implement lean manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement in a global company.
The candidate should have at least 5 years in a supervisory role, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and experience with lean methods; SAP knowledge is a plus, along with experience in metal works, welding and painting.
