Job Overview
The General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting job site operations by preparing work areas, organizing tools, and maintaining cleanliness.
A Day In The Life- Prepare work areas and ensure all necessary materials and tools are available.
- Return tools and equipment to their designated storage locations after use.
- Maintain tools and supplies in a clean, organized manner throughout the job.
- Clean and restore the work area upon job completion.
- Perform additional housekeeping duties as required to support a safe and efficient environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to learn and apply machine operating procedures, methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in semi-skilled work.
- Capability to follow oral and written instructions and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
- Physical ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Blueprint reading skills are a plus.
