Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating ingredient quantities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch recipes accurately.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in non-durable goods.
• Knowledge of mixing equipment operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of quality control principles and batch documentation.
• Certification in food safety or related regulatory compliance (if applicable).

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix raw materials accurately according to batch recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment, ensuring it functions properly and safely throughout the production process.
• Monitor batch quality by conducting visual inspections and basic tests, reporting any deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed records of batch production, including quantities used, times, and any anomalies encountered.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve issues and optimize batch processes.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after each batch to prevent cross-contamination.
