Bench Electronics Assembler

Step into the Bench — Build What Matters On our production floor in Olive Branch, MS, your day starts with a work order and a simple set of specs. You’ll gather parts, review a diagram or blueprint, and begin carefully fitting small, sensitive components together. As the assembly takes shape, you’ll pause to inspect your work, check tolerances, and run straightforward tests to confirm everything functions as intended.

You’ll wrap up by labeling the finished unit and resetting your bench so the next build goes just as smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, cares about precision, and wants to grow in electronics manufacturing. If you bring the right attitude and curiosity, we’ll teach you the rest.

• Assemble small electronic components with steady, careful hands.
• Inspect parts and finished units to ensure they meet quality expectations.
• Run basic functional tests on completed products to verify performance.
• Follow diagrams, blueprints, or technical specifications during builds.
• Keep your station clean, safe, and organized in a high-activity environment.

• Background in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus — but not required. Driven, entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination for delicate work.
• Ability to read basic diagrams or technical specs; soldering or schematic reading experience is a strong advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative mindset.

• Comfort sitting or standing for long periods during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.
