We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to support the Work Order Department at Protective Industrial Products (PIP) in Olive Branch. You will be responsible for various warehouse and production tasks, including the organization, processing, and packaging of inventory. Success in this role requires consistent attendance, a sharp eye for detail, and the stamina to handle repetitive duties in a high-volume setting.

• Sort, unpack, fold, and repack items as directed to keep operations moving.
• Ensure work orders are processed with precision to help the team meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that all items meet our standards.
• Prepare finished goods for the subsequent phase of the production cycle.
• Execute repetitive manufacturing tasks consistently throughout your shift.
• Maintain physical stamina to remain on your feet for the duration of the workday.
• Keep your designated workspace tidy to support a safer and more efficient facility.
• Strive to hit daily output targets to ensure we meet our quality commitments.
• Adhere to all PIP safety protocols and follow supervisory guidance to protect yourself and your coworkers.
• Provide support for various warehouse or production tasks as the team requires.

Base pay is $14.00/hour, with overtime pay at $21.00/hour. Because business needs fluctuate, you must be available for weekend work and extended weekday shifts as an essential function of this role.
