Our Internal Travel RNs are a critical member of our hospice care team, providing short-term coverage to ensure continuity of care and clinical support across multiple locations. As a Travel Nurse You will:

* Travel to patient locations to deliver safe, timely, and skilled nursing care

* Provide compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

* Assess patients and update care plans to support optimal outcomes

* Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by physicians

* Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as needed

* Communicate patient status changes to physicians and supervisors promptly

* Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation

* Current, unrestricted RN registration and license in all assignment states required

* One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred

* Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred

* Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment

* Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care

* Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence

* Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with company policy and the state of employment

* Active CPR certification
