LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking an LPN-Surgical Clinic Associates to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in a clinic setting post op and pre op.
• Work with outside facilities and clinics coordinating patient care and tests.
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
• Educate and update patients on medical treatment.
• Work closely with physician and office staff in the clinic.
• Keep rooms stocked with necessary supplies.
• Keep rooms cleaned and sanitized.
• Answer patient phone calls.
• Float as needed in clinic and triage.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing.
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work well with coworkers.
• Must be able to communicate with physicians.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any other duty assigned by the office managers.
